No tickets for these conventions are actually physically dispatched.
After booking you will receive a confirmation letter via email. You MUST bring this letter with you to the event to register.
All session tickets will be issued at the convention/tour at the time of registration.
Refund/Returns Policy
All returns must be notified to us within 7 days of purchase for a refund. Any cancellation requests after 7 days will be eligible for transfer of name only. There will be a £15 administration charge for any transfer of name.
Transfer of tickets to future events will not be permitted.
